A Little About Wendy Nolan Wendy is a resident of Chappaqua for 29 years and a Real Estate Professional for over 15 years. She is deeply committed to the Chappaqua community in which she lives with her husband and three daughters. Wendy brings an intimate knowledge of Chappaqua Schools as well as the Chappaqua Community to her clients. Her mission is to provide exemplary service to her buyers and sellers, while conducting her business with the utmost integrity and diligence. Wendy is an effective communicator with an initutive understanding of her clients needs. She hosted her own weekly Cable Television Community Show highlighting the Chappaqua community and schools, and continues to host special events and happenings. Wendy is an active member of the Historical Society and conversant in town history and has a working knowledge of antique homes and architecture. As she is passionate about real estate, she has a good understanding of contemporary and modernist homes as well.
